समस्या और समाधान

हम सभी के साथ समस्याएं हैं और हमें उनके साथ निपटना आना चाहिए। हमें कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता हैं क्योंकि हम हमारे साथ क्या हो रहा है उसका दोषी दूसरों को ठहराते हैं. हम परिवार,मित्रों, सहयोगियों और परिस्थितियों ( कुछ भी बाहरी जो ध्यान आकर्षित करता है) को दोषी ठहराते हैं।

एक बार एक आदमी ने मदद मांगी और बताया के उसके भाई ने पैतृक संपत्ति में उसका हिस्सा हड़प लिया और उसे गरीबी में जीने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा।  मैंने जब उसके अतीत के बारे में पूछताछ की तो पता चला उसने हमेशा अपना हिस्सा लेने के लिए भाई पर भरोसा किया।  हालांकि उसने एक बार अपने भाई को यह बोला था की उसे पैसा नहीं चाहिए और एक संत की तरह रहने की कामना की थी।

मैंने उससे पूछा क्या वो यही चाहता था, तो उसने कहा 'नहीं'।  तो फिर उसने ऐसा क्यों कहा।  हमें अपने आप को, अपने विचारों और अपने इरादों में सुधार लाना चाहिए।  अगर आप अपने लिए अच्छा चाहते हैं तो हमेशा दूसरों के लिए भी अच्छे की कामना करें।  आपका जीवन आपकी विचारधारा को दर्शाता है ।

अपने जीवन का स्वामित्व लेने से ही आप परिवर्तन ला सकते हैं।  हमेशा परिवार, भगवान और परिस्थितियों को दोष देने से हम परिवर्तन की कुंजी नहीं पा सकते हैं ।

अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान आप अपने अंदर ही पा सकते हैं।  जीवन एक बहुत ही सुंदर उपहार है; यह आप पर निर्भर है कि आप उसे कैसे सजाते है। दूसरों के प्रति दयालुता, दानवीरता और अनुरागशीलता का भाव अपनायें और आपके साथ भी हमेशा अच्छा ही होगा।

CRPF: Backbone of a successful organization

If you ask anyone in India… what is CRPF? I am confident most of them will raise their hand and say ‘Central Reserve Police Force’.  CRPF is the largest paramilitary organization of the country and is actively looking after the internal security of every part of India. The CRPF is always with the people and for the people.  This is not just the functioning style but also teaches us very important principle of management in the current fast paced & innovative world where people are most valuable asset of the organization. In my view each letter of CRPF conveys very important leadership quality which combined together is the backbone of a successful organization.

4. Facilitate - Make easier for people
   Convey strategy and way ahead to achieve organizational as well as people’s goals. As organization makes progress, deserving associates should see the growth within the organization.
